“ A MAN WITHOUT A GOAL IS LIKE A SHIP WITHOUT A RUDDER”
This quote is true because if you don’t have a goal you will likely not do anything or go anywhere because you don’t know where. This quote is saying that we should have goals so we could go to that path. A ship that does not have a rubber it will not move because you need it to take you to places. I think that this quote is meaning that with out a goal you don’t know your thoughts are. This is relates to me because if i want to graduate high school i have to set a goal so i could achive it. An example for this quote is:

  • Example #1: travel the world- this means that if you want to go around the world you should do many things then you could accomplish it.
  • Example #2: buy a car- this example is telling you that you need to save money to by it and because it is in you goals.

Intelligence + character Student success statment “Intelligence is not enough. Intelligence +character, that is the goal of true education”     I think that this quote means that you will want to have intelligence and character so you could success in life and you will have a good job. For example if you only have intelligence you will not have a good job because all the jobs need to have a character where you could be respectfule to people that work withyou. You will want to be a person that have good character and intelligence. For example in should you will need to have both of them so you could show people how you work and what you have in yourself.. You will need to ahve characters so you could have good maners and represent your family. You should a goal that goes with character and intelligence. You could  have a little bit of everything so you will be happy. You will not be happy if you do not have the two things .

Education " education is the latch key to success in life" I think that this quote means that if you do not have a good education you will not success in life. I think that the more education you have you will success. with education you could will not get that far when you want to. this quote could benefit me by thinking that its the latch of my education so u could success in life. an example of this quote is that if I don't have a good education I will not get a job that I really like and id I have a education I will have a job that I really like and I will be proud of myself because going to school was good because I could have a good education for myself. this quote will mean a lot to me because I will try my best on having the best education that I could have so I could have the career I want to have. this quote means that with out a education you will not have a good job .

In acting well Student success statement “Act well your part;there all honor lies.” This quote means that the people that act diffrents sometimes they do not have the honor because they sometimes lie and can seem like that they are good people. I think that people that are acting well there parts they are good people because they do not have a to lie on what they are or how they are. They just do what they always do an example is is a boy is really honest you should honor him in a way that they do not like to to bother them and do not like to play around. This is a example becauses sometimes see people that are not doing nothing and they go do things to them. Sometimes many people will say lies about you because you are a calm person that does not do anythuing. They sometimes will see that if you do not do anything wrong they will blame you for somthing that you are not doing.
